Recorded this tonight. Beach Spring. Nice little tune that can fit a number of texts. I've heard it on youtube with "Come Ye sinners, poor and needy."

Wonderful, Keith. I always look forward to hearing the download when I see you've posted something. Sounds really good.

Nifty tune, Keith -- and new to me. Can't quite imagine "Come Ye Sinners" fitting this. Too use to another tune, I guess.

:-k ... what whistle were you playing?

Yeah, there are other texts it probably goes better with. That's just one I heard. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMPjCQrLC4w

The whistle is the Abell G the first pass and O'Riordan G the second. (Can you hear differences? I can. Good things about both.)

AH! Two whistles .... I wasn't going crazy.

To my ear the Abell (or first time) was 'brighter', not as smooth on the higher notes; the O'Riordan a bit purer and sweeter on those higher notes. Both excellent whistles.
