A bit from some prayer time at our church - just me and a cello. It's quite long, but the cello is really sweet:

\:D/ Woohoo! Thank you, Jim!

One really odd thing happened with this song -- it served to remind me of how much I love the sound of the cello ... and the bowed dulcimer by association. This reminder comes at the space in time that I was completely ready to chuck the whole bowed dulcimer experiment down the deepest hole available as soon as I get the :-# freaking instrument back from the maker who has had it for repair for 14 months ... this time. (45 months of BD ownership - 26 of those months the BD spent with the maker for repairs = one very unhappy owner)

This piece has certainly 'soothed this savage beast' into maybe trying one last time and for that I owe you, my friend.

Wow - more than half it's life in the shop? that's not good. Happy that we were able to be encouraging! hang in there.

I may remix this - if I do I'll post a second link. I think I can get a better cello sound.
