Today it was windy and an early morning ray of sun lit up this patch of wild barley blowing in the wind.

I don't know if people take a camera with them when they go for a prayer walk or not but I recomend it! It was just good fortune that the bacground was in the shade still which gives the dark backdrop.

Photo tips - (NOT from an expert)

1. Walk around your subject and take photos from every angle.

2. The first and last light of the day can be the best as the light is very warm and there is a lot of contrast.

3. Backlighting your subject often produces striking pictures.

It sure looks a lot like what I've sown a lot of in my lifetime: wild oats!

Why'd you have to go and remind me!?

Martha?! T'isn't exactly how I recall the group ... but could be the failings of my feeble mind .... 8)

Sometimes the downfall of dial-up, as in very slow loading of pictures, can lead to interesting mind-pictures. With only about the top 1/4 of the picture showing, it reminded me of a school of tiny fish in a dark sea.
