I have to help carry Adrian's tripod so I can fully agree with him that a DSLR is a very serious commitment.

Blackhawk, thank you for enquiring about my sight. I lost a lot of the sight in my right eye very quickly, after which it improved slightly after about three or four months. There has been more sight improvement, but I still can't read with the right eye. My left eye compensates very well so I don't feel I'm at a disadvantage. Thank you for your prayers.
