Okay I have listened to this about 200 times today :) 6 hours in the studio :) And we still have one voice to add. Someone give this a listen and tell me what they think of the mix. Warning this is an older song and the lyrics are left as is for the most part so there is the occasional light cuss word in it.. I think d*** is in there a couple times.

I'd like to hear more vocals - I can't make out all the words. I think the vocals are good enough to be a lot hotter. Is that you singing?

Just my .02 cents ... :)

I like that a lot! Who all is singing? I'm with JRC on the second one. I did notice that the hole thing's a little quiet. I'd say the second take sounds great. If it's possible, it might be nice to just take that one and pump it up more. Just my thoughts, sounds great!

On hold - well nto hold but in slow mo - till the next gathering. I have continued to tweak the mix abit and I want to work on adding some basic percussion to see if that keeps the track from dragging. The last voice to be added is also the drum player and he won't be here till a week from Sunday. So it goes but it goes slowly :)

We have also identified some places the vocal needs touching up. that sort of thing.
