Curiosity strikes... Just how many different instruments are you proficient at?

dude... I wouldn't apply 'proficient' to any of them. I was a sax major in college, so that's probably my main instrument, but I can 'get around' on a whistle and the EWI. Out of necessity I've learned some piano and guitar, but I'm really limited in both of those areas. The music theory I had in school is probably the most useful tool I have in my 'bag'. I can usually figure out a short-cut to approximate what I want to hear.

Why oh why didn't I major in music in college... because I can't carry a tune in a wheelbarrow. Oh well, at least I get personal enjoyment out of my playing!

Very nice, Jim. Have you tried following 'The South Wind' with 'Fanny Power'. I think they go very well together and I always play them as a set now.
