I REALLY like this Internet radio site.

For Celtic Christmas music, go to AccuRadio.com, click on Accu-Holiday, then select the Celtic sub-channel (or any other sub-channel you fancy) and the player pops up in a new window.

It's better than any other site I've used, because you pause and skip songs if you like!

I'm currently listening to "Christmas in the Trenches" sung by John McDermott, which is an amazing song written by John McCutcheon.

Enjoy!

Kitty

Thanks, Kitty.

Oh, I forgot to say... WAY less commercials and interruptions than Live365.

Kitty,

Thanks for posting this link. This is really nice (and I'm working on grading finals so it really helps -- might even make me more generous to students). The only problem is I keep hearing tunes that make me want to buy CDs that I don't have. (I just heard "Let us the Infant Greet" -- nice tune that I'd never known before.)

Cheers,
Keith

I love it! Think I'm going to build my own station. I think a friend from church might have told me about this sight a while back before I new much about computers. The only thing is, I don't think you can control what type of celtic music it plays. That's my main complaint with other internet Celtic stations. You get a lot of slow sad stuff. I just want the happy stuff. Either way, though, looks good!

It did accomplish something here. It turned off our TV!

I wonder how these computer radio stations make profit? This is terrific.

I have to keep more whistle keys next to the computer now! Great practice though as I'm often lazy to put a CD on. Nice one Kitty.
