Ren - I liked this a lot! The harmonies are really pretty and I'm always fascinated by how the dulcimer "moves". I don't know much about this instrument but hearing you guys play is really getting me curious.
One quick comment on the Macjams page where you have the song. The player says something like : "having trouble, try the quicktime player". Caution : have some patience and only click play on one or the other. I somehow got both of them playing at the same time and well, it wasn't pretty.
Looking forward to learning to play this tune.

Careful TC! Liking the sound of dulcimers can cost you. Sure you can stop at one. Right. Next you will be lurking at Everything Dulcimer. checking out builders, looking at TAB, looking at lessons, etc. Oh and don't forget books.

I know.

I recorded this during noon break. Abide With Me played on a Howard Low D.

Well done guys - some very nice recordings there.

I especially like the low whistle Keith - that's kinda what I was hearing for that song too - I played a little guitar behind it as it played - if I get time I'll see if the tunings are close enough to record.

You'll have to check my tuning, but also my timing. I tend to let this wander a bit when I play solo. But if you can get it to work, I'd be glad to hear it. No problem if you can't.

I hope time and space will open up for others to record also.
