March?

If March comes in with a cold spell and snow, does that count as coming in as a lion? I ask because the wind storm was several days back. So March was early ... or the semi-gentle snow counts as a lamb ... or something else all together.

Hard to keep up with all the weather lore!

March certainly has had its ups and downs here! Cold, windy, rainy...I don't miss the ice, snow and blizzards, but the wind has been almost violent! Nature has certainly been on a tear this year.

A month of the year with 31 days
Today is the 31st sunny warm beautiful lamb like
Two days ago it snowed here.

Walking in step in a group...usually!
Today it’s solo or six steps apart.

Glad I got my new hip four weeks ago and I can march again. Today they aren’t doing hips unless it’s broken.
No elective surgeries, just emergencies.

Did we actually complain last March? Or yesterday?
What about today? Or tomorrow?

Like your 'ode to March', Mack!

This March 31, 2020 we had to rebuild a fire in our wood stove after several days of 70+ degrees, even one in the 80's. Tomorrow we are supposed to return to the upper 60's -- yippee!

Think complaining happens regularly for the human species. We just can't help it. We get offered chocolate and whine because it is not the right brand.

Maybe this March & April will bring a few lessons that will curtail the complaining over minor things.

For what it's worth, being 'ordered' to stay at home for a bit doesn't really change much for someone who semi-works from home, has multiple musical instruments to play, tons of reading materials .... and, dare I confess, tons of games to play.

It is a bit cool here in south Texas. But enough sun to grow our tomatoe plants up to about 24'' now starting to flower.
