How to post a YouTube video

In the panel above to the right there is a little link that says Youtube. Click that. You will get this:
Go to your selected YouTube video. Below the player, click "share". Copy the URL in the menu that pops up. Paste it between the two YouTube tags here. I've set the code so that the video will be embedded with the privacy-enhanced mode (no-cookie).
