It is a baritone dulcimer in an unusual tuning. I could only find tab/music for either a ukulele or a mandolin; can't recall which one exactly. The dulcimer had to be restrung totally to get right chords. My first (and last!) experiment in tuning a dulcimer as anything other than a mountain dulcimer.
